Everline Imagery Workshop – Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in the Everline Imagery Workshop (the “Workshop”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which form a binding agreement between you (the “Participant”) and Everline Imagery (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

If the Participant is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must read and accept these Terms on their behalf.

1. Workshop Inclusions

The Workshop includes:

  • Participation in classes led by industry professionals, including ballet, pilates, pointe (where applicable), contemporary, jazz, and makeup

  • A professional photoshoot experience with Everline Imagery and guest photographers

  • Optional access to a curated Everline wardrobe (including tutus, skirts, and accessories)

  • A gallery of professionally edited images delivered post-Workshop

Specific inclusions may vary slightly by location or workshop format.

2. Private Event

The Workshop is a closed, private event designed to create a focused, professional, and supportive environment.

  • Parents and guardians are not permitted inside the studio during Workshop hours

  • Participants will be supervised by Everline staff throughout the day

  • Collection will occur at the designated finish time

  • Parents/guardians may contact Everline staff if required during the day

3. Location

Everline Imagery reserves the right to change the Workshop location if required due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Any changes will be communicated as soon as possible

  • The new venue will be of a similar standard and within reasonable proximity to the original location

4. Health & Safety

  • Participants must ensure they are physically fit to participate in all Workshop activities

  • Any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations must be disclosed prior to attendance

  • Participation is at the Participant’s own risk

Everline Imagery will take all reasonable care; however, we are not liable for injury, loss, or damage sustained during participation, except where required by law.

5. Image Usage & Model Release

By attending the Workshop, you grant Everline Imagery an irrevocable, royalty-free right to photograph and use your image for:

  • Marketing and promotional purposes

  • Social media, website, advertising campaigns

  • Portfolio and printed material

If you do not consent to public image use, you must notify us in writing prior to the Workshop.

6. Wardrobe Use

Participants may access a curated selection of Everline wardrobe items.

  • All items must be handled with care

  • Any damage beyond normal wear may incur a replacement fee

7. Photo Delivery

  • Participants will receive a specified number of professionally edited images

  • Galleries will be delivered within 4–6 weeks of the Workshop

  • Additional images may be available for purchase

All images are delivered in Everline Imagery’s signature editing style.

8. Payment Terms

  • A deposit is required to secure your place

  • The remaining balance will be automatically processed by JC Mitchell Services Pty Ltd on the scheduled date provided at booking

  • By enrolling, you authorise this payment to be processed using your nominated payment method

Failure to complete payment may result in forfeiture of your place.

9. Cancellations, Transfers & Refund Policy

Due to the limited capacity and high demand of the Workshop:

  • All payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable to future events or credits under any circumstances, including but not limited to illness, injury, change of mind, or scheduling conflicts

  • Your booking may be transferred to another participant only with prior written approval from Everline Imagery

  • Everline Imagery is not responsible for facilitating resale or transfer of tickets

If Everline Imagery cancels the Workshop, a full refund of payments made will be issued.

10. Conduct & Respect

Everline Imagery is committed to fostering a professional, inclusive, and supportive environment.

  • Disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated

  • We reserve the right to remove any Participant without refund if behaviour is deemed inappropriate

11. Liability Waiver

By attending, you acknowledge that:

  • Participation involves physical activity and inherent risk

  • You voluntarily assume all associated risks

You release Everline Imagery, its staff, contractors, and affiliates from liability for any injury, loss, or damage, except where caused by gross negligence or as required by law.

12. Behind-the-Scenes Content

Participants may capture behind-the-scenes content for personal use, provided that:

  • It does not disrupt the Workshop

  • The privacy of other participants is respected

Final edited images must not be altered, filtered, or edited in any way. Proper credit to Everline Imagery must be given when sharing.

13. Force Majeure

Everline Imagery is not liable for failure to deliver the Workshop due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, government restrictions, or venue issues.

In such cases, we reserve the right to reschedule or modify the Workshop. Refunds will be issued only where required by law.

14. Agreement

By completing your booking and payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
